About Me
I was born in the oil town of Digboi, Assam (India) and spent my formative years there. After graduating from Carmel School (Digboi), I left my hometown in search of my dreams and enrolled into Cotton College (Guwahati), a premier educational institute in my state where I received my higher secondary diploma in science in 1996. I joined Hansraj College, University of Delhi in 1997 and I received my bachelors and master's degree in geological sciences specializing in sedimentary geochemistry.
Currently, I am a graduate student at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, pursuing a Ph.D. in geological sciences.
