Students will study how news stories emerge from the echo of a police sanner, greasy spoon gossip and carefully crafted conversations with invaluable sources. They will be expected to read the The New York Times regularlly.  Reading the newspaper will help students to grasp how the profession works.

The site will provide students with additional content for the course.  Additional  reading materials will be posted on this site along with study guides and practice tests.
