renovation project. </p>
<p align=center> The house was built in 1903 by Robert's great-grandfather, F. W. Monnish.  </p>
<p align=center> We completely rewired the house and put sheetrock on all the walls and ceilings
			and replaced most of the plumbing.  We moved in February 2005.  </p>
