Following is a list of 'standard' lab hazards that should be indicated on a decal request. Please indicate hazard decals needed for your area:

*Radiation decals will merely indicate that a lab is subject to the Radiation Safety Program. All lab diagrams are maintained by EHS.
** Laser decals will merely indicate that there is a laser in the area and that the lab is subject to the Laser Safety Program. Additional signage will be required.
