March 31, 2008 - Deadline to File 2007 BamaFlex Expenses

 

The deadline to file 2007 BamaFlex expenses is March 31, 2008. You must use the Blue Cross "Request for Reimbursement" form for any reimbursements sent to Blue Cross. There are separate forms for Healthcare and for Dependent Care requests. The forms are available on the Blue Cross website, our Human Resources website ("Forms") and from the HR Service Center. You may access your flexible spending account information by logging on at https://www.bcbsal.org/ to sign in to "Customer Access" to view your account.
