Reading the Lecture Notes
You will need to download Acrobat Reader to read the lecture notes. Sometimes a pdf will not open, particularly if you are using a UA machine. If this happens, do the following: (1) "right-click" on the file and (2) click "open", "open in new tab", "open in new window", etc. Each file is password protected, so you will need the password. Please email me for the username and password.
Printing the Lecture Notes
Each complete page of the lecture notes is composed of many slides that print as a separate page. To avoid printing out 83 pages, for example, scroll down until you are viewing a complete page, then select the print function, and then select "print current page". You will need to do this for each complete page. To view the slides in "full-screen" mode, press "Ctrl-L" when you are viewing the lecture notes.
