Accommodations

We have reserved rooms at the following local hotels. Both are very close to Shelby Hall. Please note that the rooms will be held at the negotiated rate for a limited time, or until the reserved rooms are all taken, whichever comes first, so please make your arrangements early. You may use the links below to make your reservations

Hampton Inn University: $92/day (cut off date = October 13, 2007)

Price of the room includes a complete breakfast (hot/cold). The Hampton Inn University is located across highway 82 that runs along the eastern part of the campus, and so is not easy to walk to, despite its proximity.

Four Points Sheraton: $92 plus tax (cut off date = October 12, 2007)

The Sheraton is a 6-block walk to Shelby. (The Sheraton Hotel is located on the south side of campus, while Shelby Hall is located on the north side.) Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be purchased at the hotel.

Van service will be provided between both hotels and Shelby Hall. (Note that coffee will be provided at Shelby Hall on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but not breakfast.)
