ABSENCE
ON EXAM DATE
All exam scheduling is arranged through online registration at insurance.ua.edu. Once the exam is scheduled and fee is received, you may not change your exam date or site. If you do not appear on the date and at the exam site indicated, you automatically forfeit the exam fee.
In the event of an absence, you will forfeit the fees, and you must submit another online registration and appropriate fees. In the case of medical emergencies, death or acute illness, additional registration fees are not required if appropriate documentation is provided.
