ARRIVAL AT EXAM SITE

Report to the exam site on the date and at the time indicated in your confirmation letter. Bring the following items:

1. Certificate of completion of prelicensing course where applicable to be shown to the monitor. (Certificates are valid for one year from date issued.)

2. One original form of photo identification with your signature

Please arrive a few minutes earlier than exam time indicated to allow monitor(s) to verify identification and other information.

Be on time. If you arrive at the exam site after the monitor has started the instructions you will not be allowed to take the exam.
