Shakespeare-upon-Internet

World Wide William Scavenger Hunt

This project is divided into 5 parts. Part 1 involves a deeper look into Shakespeare’s Hometown. Part 2 introduces some fun and insults from Shakespeare's time. Part 3 takes a closer look where Shakespeare began and ended. Part 4 brings Shakespeare to Alabama. Finally, part 5 allows for individual research on Shakespeare.

The project has been created so that you may copy and paste it into a word processor to complete the questions. Be sure to save your document as a file named Shakespeare-Your Name. After completion, attach the file to an email to Mr. Mayben (rmayben9@yahoo.com).

Directions: Begin by opening your Internet connection and web browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) and typing in the following address:

http://www.shakespeare.org.uk

Part 1:       After the page has fully displayed on your screen, click on FIVE HOUSES in the middle of the screen. A list of places to visit will appear in the subsections of the next screen. Click on each one to find the information needed to complete the first part of the project. To get a closer look at each house, you can click on the small pictures that are displayed in the information. This is recommended.

You may also type this on a separate page. Copying and pasting the exact words straight from the page is not allowed. I will notice this because I created the assignment!
