F)     How to zip/compress a file

1.     Select the file(s) or folder you want to compress.

2.     Right-click the selected file(s) and select Send To, Compressed Folder.

3.     You will now have a folder with a zipper on it. (Compressed)

4.     To open a compressed folder, you must click extract all after clicking on the folder.


G)    Create shortcut to desktop

ß     Programs or Files: Right click on the icon, select Send to, then Desktop.

ß     Web Sites: Left-Click and drag the small icon next to the address to the Desktop.
